Some beautiful countryside too. Have a terrific WW. :)Wordless Wednesday
Love this shots! They are amazing!!!
Very lovely. The first one especially reminds me a lot of the countryside in Greece. Is this on the side closest to it?
Lovely scenic sights.
You sure have been to some beautiful places!
Fantastic photos! Turkey's very high on the list of places I'd like to visit.
Breathtaking! I wish I was there instead of fighting the snow /ice. :)
Funny how one place can remind you of another you know about. The top picture in particular looks a lot like the area around Santa Rosa in northern California.

Oh how nice! Is this where Saladin, the man who fought Richard the Lionheart in the crusades came from?
Thanks everyone. I really appreciate your visits and lovely comments!levian, these shots were taken from a moving coach. glad you like them my friend.Nancy, this was one of my favorite shots of Turkey. I’m so pleased you liked it. as far as i could tell, Selcuk is quite close to Greece. there is a ferry crossing from Kudasasi (near Selcuk) to Greece and the journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes by ferry.AVCr8teur,those are snowfall. it was early spring when we went there. The snow slowly fades away as it is ready for the colours of spring.Au and Target,As with most major leaders of the Medieval Times, i don't know much about their origins.
