Our World - Namsan Seoul Tower
We made our way to the Seoul Tower after visiting the Teddy Bear Museum. A high speed elevator took us up to the top of the tower and we were greeted by a magnificent panorama of the city.
My photos simply cannot do it justice to the beautiful views. I had a difficult time shooting through glass windows and trying to avoid as many reflections as possible. However, here are some of my best efforts.

Our World - Jeju Glass Castle
As the name implies, this place is a fascinating theme park featuring over three hundred
and fifty items all made entirely of glass. These include the world’s very first all-glass
labyrinth, the world’s largest glass ball and largest glass diamond, a
glass stonewall, a mirror lake, multi-coloured instruments and a glass bridge. There are also glass art masterpieces by internationally famous artists from Italy, the Czech Republic, Japan, and more.
We had an enjoyable time here exploring all the lovely glass exhibits. It was fascinating to see how different coloured glass of different shapes and sizes were used to create lovely display of artworks. I love the vibrant colors in addition to the twists and turns of glass.
Some of the highlights of the exhibition include:
A glass beanstalk from “Jack and the Beanstalk” standing two-stories high in the museum’s exhibition hall.
The Glass Town which offers visitors a warm welcome. This stained glass exhibit depicts a calm rural place of Europe aglow with the setting sun.
a Magic Mirror Room where visitors can see one's own reflections. It was fun to observe yourself from different angles.
The Sea Story features aquatic life and incorporates more than 40 marine species and coral reefs.
Even small details are impressive like the colourful glass flowers with some greenery within the park.
Another unique artwork on display but I have no idea what it represents.

Photohunt - Sculptures
I've seen a lot of magnificent sculptures while traveling to different countries and here are some of my favourites.
Beautiful sculpture of Saint Reparata, a Christian virgin and martyr at the central portal of Florence Cathedral in Italy.
A spectacular waterfall that features human divers at Dubai Mall.
A wonderfully sculpted piece at the Hofburg Castle in Vienna. The 'Power at Sea' fountain symbolizes the power of the Habsburg Empire.
Delicately carved sculpture featuring three playful cherubs holding up a shield at the Field of Miracles in Pisa Italy.
And here's Lady Justice in Salzburg. The devil beneath her feet certainly looks like he needs a good stomping!

Our World - Seongsan Sunrise Peak
The Seongsan Ilchulbong, also known as Sunrise Peak is one of my favourite spots at Jeju island. If you're a fan of nature's many wonders, you'll definitely like being in this place. It offers some of the best hiking trails and great sight-seeing adventures.
A UNESCO world heritage site, it was formed through the eruption of a volcano 100,000 years ago and there is a huge crater at the top of Seongsan Ilchulbon.
The name Ilchulbong comes from its famous view of the sunrise but the views are equally impressive at any time of day.
There are plenty of great spots and vantage points along the way and I can see why it had become a favourite getaway for hikers, trekkers and nature lovers.
While the southeast and north sides are cliffs, the northwest side is a hill with grass that is connected to the Seongsan Village.
I can imagine how awesome the field would look like with bright yellow rapeseed flowers in full bloom during springtime.
This is about halfway up to Seongsan Ilchulbong. The view gets better the higher up you climb.

We passed yet another splendid view along the way and many came here to view the magnificent sunrise. Although we didn’t get to experience it, I can imagine how spectacular the sunrise would look from this vantage point.
I finally reached the highest point of Seongsan Ilchulbong after a strenuous 40 minutes hike but I couldn't stay long enough to enjoy the surrounding views. According to my research, the crater is about 600m in diameters and 90m high.
As it was getting dark, I hurriedly took one last shot before we made our way back.
