Our World - Christmas in the air
Since Christmas is just a few weeks away, I thought it would be nice to start off the week sharing some Christmas photos captured at Yeoju Premium Outlets in South Korea. Everything looks so festive here and I'm really excited for this time of year.

Cute and cuddly teddy bears calling for attention

A cool Mini Coupe decorated with reindeer antlers and a yellow nose. How cute! I would love to take it for a joyride. :)

Delightful reindeers grinning happily enjoying the occasion.

And here's little Santa, all ready for the yuletide season.

Our World - Christmas Blooms in Singapore
This is my 2nd visit to Orchard Road, my first time there was almost two decades ago. A lot of large shopping malls have sprung up across the street and offer a combination of local stores and international brand names.
It’s really funny that it has not crossed my mind that I would be here in time to see Christmas decorations going up around the city. During my visit in late November, the entire street was decked out in blue sparking lights and elaborate Christmas decorations.
The Christmas Light-Up theme varies every year and the theme for this year's decorations is Christmas Blooms in Singapore.

A dazzling array of lights hang above traffic greets motorists.

The stunning gold-themed decorations stand out brightly at Tangs.

People from all walks of life soaking up the Christmas spirit.

Each major shopping mall has their own set of spectacular decorations to stir up the festive mood and I kept clicking my camera like crazy.

One of my favourite spots is at ION Orchard. This is my first time I've seen a Christmas tree with an observation deck. It's really amazing that people would be able to see Orchard Road's light up from a different perspective.

Some inflatable snowglobes showing off a wintry wonderland within. Who doesn't love snowglobes?

These glowing flowers are brought to you by Hitachi, symbolizing the heart-warming spirit of the yuletide season.

I couldn't recall the exact location when I took this picture but the place was all decked out in Christmas glory to get everyone in a celebratory mood.
I hope you enjoy my pictures as much as I've enjoyed taking them.
'Tis the season to be jolly.

Scenic Sunday - Tis the season
For Scenic Sunday, I'm sharing a series of Christmas photos from my recent vacation in Singapore. Since Christmas is just a few weeks away, decorations have already been put up in hotels, stores and shopping malls. The festive mood is just contagious and I could already feel the Christmas spirit in the air. They also had Christmas music playing everywhere!
Here are some shots of my early Christmas experience in VivoCity.

Looking along the main gallery, there are strings of Christmas lights lit up all along the glass railings. I think the green tiled roof adds greatly to the lovely decoration.

Lots of stalls selling a wide array of Christmas goodies but I did not buy anything! I only look and take photos. :)

Along the way we were greeted by a delightful Christmas tree dressed in glittering ribbons and shiny baubles.

Adorable puppies grinning happily enjoying the occasion. I would gladly love to have them decorating my home.

Vibrant colours of poinsettia and shiny ornaments vying for attention

Cheery baubles waving from the distance welcoming everyone.

And here is VivoCity’s iconic 105 feet tall Christmas tree festively decorated with twinkling lights bringing pure joy of the season.
I just love this time of year. And to be with family and friends made it even more memorable and joyful.

Merry Christmas from Life Ramblings
It's Christmas eve and shopping malls, hotels and not to mention, homes of Christians are aglow with Christmas trees, lightings and colorful decorations while Santa Clauses and Santarinas are out at the malls to rope in the crowd.
Times have somehow changed this year and Christmas won't be the same. As I walked around KL, I couldn't help, if not everyone, pondered about the tough times and uncertainties ahead. Despite the bleak economy, let us try hard to enjoy this festivity with one another and embrace and reminisce the good old times. After all, life is about moving on, preparing for each day and make the most of what we have. The power is always in our hands.
With this festive season, everyone is trying to come up with the most impressive Christmas decorations.

In honour of this joyous festival, I thought I would share one of my favourite Chrismas songs by Christina Aguilera for your pleasure.
Here's wishing all my readers and friends out there a Blessed Christmas and Happy New Year. May God bless you with peace, joy and prosperity.
