    Surprisingly the water ssssnake brings lots of rain this CNY. Colorful rainbow windmill not turning when you took this pixz?

      It was cloudy and pretty windy when we visited the place. i guess the wind varies over an area, and the windmill will turn when there is sufficient energy from the wind.
