  10. It's an nice location for a garden like that, because the background is a forest. Is it still a virgin forest, a reserve?

  13. Hi Andrea,

the forest in the background was established as a forest reserve. There is a path around the lily pond which offers access to the tropical rain-forest, a short distance from the Botanic Gardens gate.

  20. Haha the mini Penang bridge which we joked about those days. Something is missing here. What happened to all the monkeys? Migrated to Planet of the Apes? lolz.

  21. Very nice photos, however I am curious where these pictures were taken at. Is that a foot bridge?

  23. Hi Bananaz,
lol. planet of the apes is terribly over-populated with apes already. there are still monkeys roaming freely around in the open space. you can say hi to the monkeys here.

    Hi Rosy,
thanks for appreciating my photos. these were taken at Penang Botanic Garden. you're right, it's a footbridge and it's often referred to as the mini Penang bridge.
