    Guess the Chinese are really into mascots - had a similar experience before in HK for the 2008 Olympics :)

    Beautiful shots of the airport! We've been to Beijing almost 2 years ago but we were transported via train. Hopefully next time we visit, we'll fly in or fly out already!

    The Mascots sure do brighten up the airport. I wouldn't try to snap some pictures at an airport in London or the security would get overly excited...

    What an interesting airport to pass through. You definitely get a welcome-to-China feel. Not the generic look of many U.S. airports.
