During my recent visit to Singapore, we’ve been experiencing bouts of torrential rainfall almost everyday.
These were captured at Collyer Quay and you can see how wet the ground has been. Glad the rain stopped long enough for us to take a leisurely stroll along the Quay and do some skywatching in the late evening.
Across the water is the skyline-dominating, Marina Bay Sands with three 55-storey towers connected by a 1 hectare sky terrace on the roof, which is known as Sands SkyPark. We managed to visit the rooftop too and took some pictures but I'll post them another time.
Here is another lovely view of the resort fronting the bay. Sitting pretty at the left corner of this photo is the lotus flower shaped ArtScience museum followed by Singapore Flyer as far as the eye can see.

ReplyDeleteWow, what a neat buildings. I have never seen 3 separate structures that share a rooftop. Nice reflections of the walkway after the rains. I'll be heading to Asia next week and the forecast is rain. :(
