Triangles form the design of The Expo Axis in Shanghai Expo. I've probably posted about this place before, but here are more photos to share and these are some of my favorite photos ever. Hope you like them too.
Perfecto!!! These are right on point [no pun intended] -great that you included people in the forgrounds to give these displays scale. Curious to know the parameters for these shots-- just super!
I had thought of going to the Shanghai Expo -- but was put off by reports of the huge crowds and long waiting times to get in to various pavilions. So thanks for photos of expo -- that I can view without having to queue to do so. :)
Thanks for appreciating my photos and these were all taken by my hubby during his business trip to Shanghai.
Located next to the China Pavilion, this awesome structure is lit up with a LED video featuring interesting displays through changes of colors and dynamics of visual elements. i've no idea about the girl behind the structure though.
Hi Life Ramblings, wow these are beautiful photos, with lots of perfectly shaped triangles in them. I wish my night shots would come out as great. Awesome choices for this week's theme.
Hi... I just viewed all your Shanghai posts. Having lived in the region since 1985, I had considered going to Expo, but your report about the line-ups confirm my decision not to go. I'm way too familiar with Chinese crowds. Yet these are the first photos of the event I've taken time to see and it was interesting to see what I'd missed. Your hubby took some wonderful photos. Thanks!
They are fantastic and brilliantly designed! The Chinese there are getting ahead in everything these days.
ReplyDeleteWhoa. These are some cool night shots - very festive designs and colors.
