Wordless Wednesday - Happy Bride and Groom Daruma Dolls
This vintage set of male and female Daruma dolls slightly resemble the Kokeshi Dolls without limbs except that they have bright kimono designs to the clothing, painted faces and the lady has pretty long hair.
they somewhat resemble the kind of dolls which are hollow, come apart and have smaller dolls nested inside. The expressions on the faces are s realistic. Happy WW
It's Wednesday again. I've been waiting for your post. Because you'll usually snap something very unique...and I am true. :D This post is really special.
This is the first time I have come across such dolls! Daruma? What does it means? They are like an egg right? Ha :D But these crafts are really awesome. Just look at the details on it.
