Artificial plants and flowers make lovely centerpieces. I like the idea of decorating my home with a couple of artificial blooms as they look like natural flowers and last longer too. They can fill up the emptiness in any living space and add colours to my home. The only thing is they get dirty and what I need to do is dusting between a short period of time. Otherwise, the dust just sticks on the flowers making the flowers look artificial.
The last time I visited the Hongkong Disneyland was a few years ago and while there, I managed to watch one of my favorite Disney 's animated classic, "Festival of the Lion King." It was fun to watch Simba, the Lion King and his friends facing grueling challenges throughout the artificial jungle. Interestingly enough, this simplified version of the Lion King’s story was splendid but most of alll, it was the lifelike artificial animated characters that made The Lion King Celebration spectacular. I still missed that darn parade.

Great shots for the theme. I like both of your ideas. Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteArtificial flowers these days are much better than they used to be. Lovely.
ReplyDeleteI can understand the cleaning up of dirt on flowers.. It's a tedious job if you have too many pots around the house. :P

Artificial plants are good for people like me who are lazy or have no time to water or take care of living plants. :P
ReplyDeleteThey collect dust too. For myself, I would buy new artificial plants every year for CNY.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how much your flower arrangement cost? It will be costly in Singapore.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend!
ReplyDeleteI prefer natural flowers by the planter. :)

You like to decorate your house with artificial flowers? I prefer the live ones...but as you said these fake ones can last longer. And besides that these artificial ones can fill up the empty place right? :)
ReplyDeleteYeah! Sometimes these fake flowers are dust magnets right? It can really attract dust huh. That's why have to clean it up now and then. :D

love the artificial critters. my photo hunt is here Thanks
ReplyDeleteBut having artificial flowers or decor requires constant cleaning and dusting off as they tend to collect dust in homes.
ReplyDeleteSomehow I still prefer real flowers than artificials ones... Though artificial ones last longer, but real ones bring in more vibrants (or there is another word, I don't know what it is >.<).
ReplyDeleteI have artificial flowers in my home. They last for a very very long time. Unlike real flowers!
ReplyDeletea combination of lovely and cutie artificial post!
