PhotoHunt - Circular & Joy

DSC_0312
A circular fountain of Baroqoe design at Residentsplatz in Salzburg. Being a huge fan of 'The Sound of Music', I find great joy to be able to visit one of the movie locations where Julie Andrews sang "I Have Confidence" as she made her way to the Von Trapp residence for the first time.

Flower beds always bring me joy with their diverse colours, textures, and fragrance.

A sign of a famous Italian espresso coffee store spotted in Vienna. A good joy for coffee lovers.

I haven't done mine, you have lots of idea.

Did you have to restrain yourself from singing songs from The Sound of Music out loud when in Salzburg? Have to admit that I sometimes just stopped restraining myself and sang (to myself and my cousin!) when there... ;b

I love that layer of hedges-like trees at the background.

Well done. The title song from The Sound of Music is joyful itself, isn't it? And right now, the idea of flowers impresses me a whole lot!
And I didn't know about the famous espresso store, but I used to work with someone named Vergnano, many years ago.

Each layer of sculpture in the fountain seems to have a story to it !

Sound of Music fan too. Wow, you get to be in the area where it shot! :D Lovely flower bed there. I just imagine there might be a topiary too. Alas, my doc told me to stay away from coffee. Happy Weekend!

Salzburg is one of my favorite cities! I could sing every song from the Sound of Music... and have danced around those same places.
See you next saturday... to share your Bliss!

I love the Sound of Music! I traveled to Salzburg and took the tour and even got to sing the Do Re Mi song with other fans on the bus. :D The flower bed is really cool. I bet I would love that coffee.

Wonderful photo collection of the combined themes for the week. Thanks so much for sharing and hope you have a great weekend.

I, too, like the Sound of Music and more so after the trip to Salzburg. I don't remember the fountain in the movie so I should watch it again. :)
