Here's a typical view of the ruins and structures scattered across the landscape at The Ancient Ruins of Ephesus in Turkey

Beautiful in its own right and reveals a lot about the rich historical past.

The entire environment is peaceful and the lush greenery is so soothing to the eyes

The surrounding views made it a worthwhile stop and I love the beautiful bursts of spring popping around the place

And here's another one standing tall in all its glory.

So wish I could see Ephesus. Its history intrigues me. You are so lucky to see this. Lovely photos.

Greetings Crissi
Many of my friends have visited this place. Thank you for showing the ruins of Ephesus. Now I know how it looks like.
ReplyDeleteIs that plant fenchel, in your last photo? I missed the trip to Ephessus when I was in Marmaris, Turkey, because nobody else wanted to go and so, no group has been formed. I regret this bad luck.
ReplyDeleteHi Adriana! Sorry I've no idea on the plant's name. No worries, there's always a next time to visit Ephesus. keep your fingers crossed. :)
DeleteAaah, fantastic photos. I really enjoyed my visit to Ephesus back in 2008. It was one of the first places I ever blogged about!
