Wordless Wednesday - Cactus

Cactus Point is one of the main attractions in Cameron Highlands. It is a wholesale and retail of cactus nursery with a nice exhibit of different specimens. I did a fair amount of touring looking for unique plants and cactus. As it turned out, I did not have to go very far. The best and among the greatest part of the cactus were all right in front of our eyes. I was amazed by all of the different varieties of cactus. They were lovely and well tended. Even my kids were fascinated by the colourful cacti due to the spikes and prickles. For cacti enthusiasts, you'll find the spiky plants interesting and amazing. :)

I like cactus but not good to place them in the home or office due to fengshui reason.

Oh about cactus...in a condo unit across our office before, there were teen tenants there who put a pair of cactus by the ledge. It's rather funny because it resembles a pair of hands giving a bad (f) sign. have you seen one like that? =D

You took good photos of those cacti! Simply love it. I use to collect those when I was younger -they are easy to grow and easy to take care.

Really interesting for me since I am a plant-ologist. Just kidding. I am a botanist and love cactus too. That is one heck of a nursery and I'd say the weather there suits them fine.

I have had trouble loading your site lately(so i have been sparse)...don't quite know why the trouble. It just takes a long time to get on the screen.
